Bonus Pay
You will receive one week’s bonus pay after completing 1,500 continuous hours on assignment within 12 months of your
start date. Notify your Staffing Manager when you approach 1,500 hours. Accumulation of hours will
recommence after the entire 12 months is complete. Please note that the 1,500-hour bonus is not available
for payroll service employees.
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance
Various plans are available at reduced premiums for you and your family. Ask your Staffing Manager what plans
are available in your area.

Free Software Training
ACT•1 offices are equipped with our ACT•ion PC Training System. Qualified employees have the opportunity
to learn a variety of new software packages and updated skills.
24-Hour Availability
Call us outside business hours if an emergency prevents you from reporting promptly to your assignment.
Staffing Managers are always available by pager or answering service.
Referral Bonus
The ACT•1 $25 Referral Bonus Program offers our employees and registered applicants a chance to earn $25 or a gift card equivalent for referring new candidates to work with ACT•1. Certain restrictions apply to qualify, please speak with your local Staffing Representative for complete details.
