As an employer and employment service representing associates to potential employers, ACT-1 collects previous employment information in order to develop a detailed understanding of a potential associate's work style, abilities, history and experience. ACT-1 will contact previous employers to verify information provided regarding past work history. ACT-1 WILL NOT knowingly contact current employers without express permission to do so.
Client and Associate Companies
In the course of representing associates to potential employers, ACT-1 will provide such information as is necessary to convey the full scope of an individual's work experience, history and abilities. Further ACT-1 partners with associate companies to provide enhanced benefit offerings to its valued associates. ACT-1 will share such information as is appropriate to provide and support on-going benefit offerings.
E-Mail Addresses
From time to time, ACT-1 utilizes e-mail to share valuable information with those associates who have requested to be kept informed regarding career searches, employment opportunities and special benefits available to associates. Associates may choose to Opt-Out of these distributions at any time.
Site Logs and Web Statistics
ACT-1 collects statistical information in aggregate regarding the utilization of its Web site. Such information is used to provide enhanced support and service offerings. ACT-1 does not associate aggregate statistical information with personal information such as names or addresses, and ACT-1 does not seek to determine the usage patterns of individuals within its Web site.
